Goal Setting and Time Management was presented to various crew members. Mackenzie did a great job presenting the content and using the teach EDGE to impart this crucial knowledge as our venturers make their way through high school.

The second Project Management module was presented after Ashna ran the first part of the meeting. Hopefully the crew members who are newly graduated from this training can make great use of all its lessons!

Instead of a regular meeting the crew opted to partake in Project Management Training, this course is a little longer and will be broken up into two meetings. On the same day, April. 29th, Mackenzie achieved the rank of Pathfinder.

The Introduction to Leadership Skills is a great training opportunity to better understand how a crew is supposed to function. The members of Crew 59 had the chance to learn and practice some awesome new skills including Delegation, Planning, Communication and many others. Hopefully they will put all these into practice!

Jean-Baptiste led the crew through the Mentoring for Venturing training this past Saturday. Over the course of the session the crew learned a little more about what mentoring is, how to mentor, how to be mentored and how to use these valuable skills both in scouting and elsewhere.
